A common task within the field of research is conducting data analyses. At NLR we worked with several different tools to do that. I mostly used Jupyter Notebook icm with Python. Jupyter Notebook is the a web application for creating and sharing computational documents. The platform has been specifically designed for data science tasks and supports over 40 programming languages. I find it very easy to use and I like that it creates easy interactive stats and nice visualizations.
